As the Springboks continue to gleefully rejoice over their tremendously impressive Rugby World Cup triumph, losing finalists the All Blacks are continuing their inquest into the reasons why they ultimately came unstuck at the perennially exciting rugby championship.

Indeed, perhaps what made their loss to the Springboks so heartbreaking is the haunting fact that the All Blacks were bested by their African adversaries by just a measly single point.

Few would dispute the assertion that at their free-flowing, swashbuckling best, the All Blacks are extremely difficult to keep at bay.

However, considering the utterly agonizing nature of their loss in the Rugby World Cup final, one wonders whether we will see a rejuvenated All Blacks side in the New Year or a side still trying to come to terms with the painful misery of having suffered such a narrow defeat.
